Terms of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.beezynails.com, operated by the company KAZE9 INTERNATIONAL CO.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale define the contractual relationship between KAZE9 INTERNATIONAL CO and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Beezy Nails online store. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms without reservation.

2. Products

Beezy Nails offers Gel Nail Strips (semi-cure nail polish strips) and manicure accessories for sale.

• Product Description: Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration.

• Safety Precautions: Our products are for external cosmetic use only. The buyer is responsible for checking the list of ingredients to avoid any allergic reactions.

3. Pricing

Prices on the website are indicated in Euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT included), based on the VAT applicable on the day of the order.

• KAZE9 INTERNATIONAL CO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, though the price displayed on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

• Shipping costs are added at checkout (€4.90 or free for orders over €50).

4. Ordering and Payment

The buyer can pay for their order using the following methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe)

• PayPal

• Apple Pay

• Klarna (Pay later or sliced payments)

The order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer immediately.

5. Retention of Title (Ownership)

KAZE9 INTERNATIONAL CO retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price (including fees and taxes) has been received. Ownership of the products only transfers to the customer once payment is completed, regardless of the delivery date.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from France.

• Timeframes: Processing takes 1–2 business days + shipping takes 5–9 business days.

• Risk Transfer: Risks are transferred to the buyer as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier. In case of damage during transport, a claim must be made to the carrier and Beezy Nails as soon as possible.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with EU law, customers have 14 days to change their mind. Beezy Nails extends this period to 30 days after receiving the item.

• Hygiene Exception: Due to the nature of our products (beauty/personal care), the right of return only applies if the product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. Any opened or tested product cannot be refunded for hygiene and health protection reasons.

8. Legal Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal warranty, provided that the use has been normal and that maintenance advice has been followed:

• Legal Warranty of Conformity (for defective or non-matching products).

• Warranty against Hidden Defects.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the buyer should first contact customer service at contact@beezynails.com. If no amicable solution is found, European customers can access the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable agreement, the competent court will be the one located in Nantes, France, where the company's headquarters are located.
